Bhupinder Randhawa is Vice President, Intellectual Property for Baanto.  Mr. Randhawa is a patent attorney with over a decade of experience, specializing in patents and intellectual property licensing.  Previously, he was an engineer in the Computers & Communications Division of CP Rail and with Alcatel Canada's automated railway systems group.  He has helped both startups and established companies to build and manage their worldwide intellectual property portfolios.  He works closely with the Baanto™ technical team to identify and protect innovative aspects of the Baanto™ technology and to develop licensing programs.  Mr. Randhawa has a computer engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and obtained his law degree at the University of Toronto.
