Mr. Utukuri became CTO of Baanto™ upon its foundation in 2009 and is responsible for the technical direction of the Baanto™ product. As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Utukuri is involved in design and management of projects in all areas of the business, and for the development of patented technologies.

Previously, Mr. Utukuri founded Nytric Ltd in 1999 and, as CEO of that company, is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s business vision. His twelve years of extensive business and technology experience includes the development and commercialisation of high-tech products for commercial and consumer applications.

Mr. Utukuri is a graduate of the Engineering Science program of the University of Toronto.
